       -   If you want to dye your hair, you should dye your hair before getting a hair transplantation in 1 – 2 days since you cannot dye your hair for 1 month after surgery.

   On the day of hair transplantation
       -   In the morning, you should wash your hair with the shampoo that you get from Thonburi medical center, leave it for 5 minutes and wash it out.
       -   You should wear a button-down shirt.
       -   You should not wear an outfit which has to take off from your head on the surgery day and after getting the surgery for 2 – 3 days, in order to prevent the damage of hair cells.
       -   You can have a breakfast meal normally but you should not drink tea and coffee.
       -   After getting surgery, the anesthetic probably is still working so you should not leave the clinic by yourself. It would be better if you have someone who can bring you home or take public transportation.

After getting the hair transplantation

   Medicine
      -   Stop taking Aspirin at least for 1 week, before and after the surgery.
      -   Taking a painkiller following the doctor's recommendation or when you are feeling itchy. 
      -   Taking an antibiotic for 5-7 days after getting surgery or following the doctor's recommendation.

   Caution
      -   Do not bend down your head, using a squat instead.
      -   In the first week after getting a hair transplant, you should avoid your head from stuff such as; a door frame. Preventing the damage of hair cells.

   Drinks and food
     -   After getting a hair transplant, you should eat a soft diet. And you should stop eating, when you feel nauseated.
     -   After getting a hair transplant, you should stop drinking alcohol for 48 hours to prevent bleeding and reduce swelling.

   Sleeping
       -   You should lay on your back or sleep on your side. Do not lay on your stomach and put your face down, it can be the cause of the damage of hair cells.
       -   You should put a towel under your neck before going to sleep to prevent the damage that can attack your wound.
       -   While sleeping, you should lift your head up to reduce swelling and pain from the back of your head.

   Hair washing
       -   After getting the surgery, experienced staff will give you instructions for cleaning your hair and a wound during recovery time.
       -   A wound from the back of your head can be treated by gently scrubbing while hair washing.
       -   After getting the surgery, you should not scratch a wound while washing your hair.
